RETURNS
 
There is no problem returning purchases within 30 days of purchasing, as long as the product is received back to us unused and sealed in its original packaging.
 
If you wish to return a purchase please contact us with your order no., the product titles of your purchases and your reason for returning your purchase.
 
Once we have this information we can raise a returns request and forward you the returns slip for you to add inside your parcel and label to place on your package.
 
If there is no returns slip inside the package then you run a high risk the goods getting lost and your refund being delayed. 
 
For all returns we advise you send your goods recorded delivery, as we cannot guarantee receipt. Delivery expenses occurred in returning goods unfortunately cannot be reimbursed in your refund.
 
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
 
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 working days of returning your goods, please contact us with your order no. and we'll be sure to help. 
 
EXCHANGES
 
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges for returned items. Alternatively what we suggest is that you return your product/s for a refund and then repurchase your preferred item online.
